Cultural services such as Turkish Art Music, Turkish Folk Music and Drama are offered and various exhibitions are presented. Besides these opportunities, symposiums, panels and conferences are organised during commemoration and special national days. Periodicals from the School of Medicine, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Faculty of Theology, Institues of Science, Social Sciences, Health Sciences are published at the university.

   The unknown greatmen of Turkey who took their places in history are declared at symposiums during Medical Bairam Week every year and a summary of declarations is made in a book published by Gevher Nesibe Institute of the History of Medicine.

    Gevher Nesibe Medical Days and Applied Research Workshop are arranged by the Deanery School of Medicine every year.

    Scientific meetings are held for the commemoration of World Nursing Week by Atatürk Nursing Vocational College every year.

    Various meetings are organised by the Faculty of Veterinary   during the anniversary of Veterinary Education and World Milk Week.

 Some exhibitions and concerts  are arranged by Faculty of Fine Arts at the end of the academic year.

Besides symposiums, panels, conferences, concerts, exhibitions, plays, excursions, the  Nevruz Festival, Kayseri Culture and Art Week, Students Spring Fellowship, summer camps and student and staff nights are organised by the Health-Culture and Sports Department Head Office of the university during certain days and weeks.

            Student clubs established by the Student Leisure Activity Board perform their activities in  cooperation with the students.

            SPORTS ACTIVITIES 

             Erciyes University Sports Club was established to provide a more active cooperation of the students. Under the title of ‘Principal Cup’ and ‘Spring Fellowship’ some sports festivals, competitions and games among colleges, and vocational colleges are organised every year. Our students also take part in university games and competitions in all fields organised nationwide. There are three Gymnasiums on campus in which students can participate in sports activities. It is also possible for students to make use of open football fields, basketball and volleyball courts.

            During  winter seasons, coach tours are arranged to Erciyes Winter Sports Centre at the weekends so that students can make use of this facility.                              

             OTHER SOCIAL ACTIVITIES  

            Cross country tracking sport and art activities are arranged on weekends so that students can participate in their leisure time.
