BRIEF HISTORY
Erciyes University’s Betul-Ziya Eren Genome and Stem Cell
Center (GENKOK) was founded in 2010 with the financial sup-
port from the Ministry of Development, Kayseri Governorship,
Kayseri Municipality, Erciyes University, Erciyes Technopark,
RESEARCH CENTERS Ziya Eren. The center is equipped with a system of intelligent
Kayseri Chamber of Commerce, Kayseri Industry Zone, Middle
Anatolian Development Agency and benevolent Betul and

building and office space, harboring wet laboratories, dry
benches that are dedicated to conduct basic and elaborated
