Lethal and Nonlethal Effects of Insecticides in Mosquitoes: Implications for Arbovirus Transmission

In the context of the outgoing project: “Enhancing arbovirus surveillance and risk management in the public health systems of Georgia, Turkey, and Ukraine” (code FRBAA14620523) between The Veterinary Faculty of Erciyes University and the Vector and Vector-borne Diseases Application and Research Center in collaboration with the Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences, Florida Medical Entomology Laboratory from the University of Florida and within the support of DEFENSE THREAT REDUCTION AGENCY in United States of America, there will be organized two conferences under the title “Mosquito Ecology and Arbovirus Transmission” and “Lethal and Nonlethal Effects of Insecticides in Mosquitoes: Implications for Arbovirus Transmission” presented by Assistant Professor Barry Wilmer ALTO (P.I. University of Florida)
