Metin Kösedağ, Chairman of Kayseri Association of Journalists (KGC), gave a talk on “Kayseri Press in History” at the Faculty of Communication.

Our Rector Prof. Dr. Fatih Altun, Dean of the Faculty of Communication Prof. Dr. Hakan Aydın, Vice Deans Prof. Dr. Vahit İlhan and Assoc. Prof. Fikret Yazıcı, academics and students attended the event held at the Conference Hall of the faculty.

Making a speech at the opening of the event, our Rector said that they were trying to set sail for new activities and projects. Giving information about the place of our University in the success rankings, he underscored that their main goals were student-oriented goals. He said: “It is very important for us to be together with our students. We are here today, but you, young people, are our future. We are hopeful about you.”
