The project titled “The Effect of Astaxanthin Administration on TNF-α/NF-κB Pathway, Leptin, GLP-1, Nesfatin-1 and SIRT-6 Levels, Oxidative Stress, Amyloid-Beta Proteins, and Behavioral Responses in the Brain of Streptozotocin-Induced Diabetic Rats”, led by Dr. Mustafa Ermiş, Director of the Center for Experimental Research at Erciyes University, and involving Prof. Dr. Feyzullah Beyaz and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Gökhan Ünal from Erciyes University and Prof. Dr. Gülay Çiftçi from Ondokuz Mayıs University as researchers, has been awarded funding by TÜBİTAK under the “1002-A Rapid Support Program.”
