TUSAS Space Sciences and Satellite Technologies Laboratory was opened at our University
Turkish Aerospace (TUSAS) Space Sciences and Satellite Technologies Laboratory was opened at our University with the participation of Minister of National Defense Hulusi Akar.
Minister of National Defense Hulusi Akar, Governor Gökmen Çiçek, Mayor of Metropolitan Municipality Dr. Memduh Büyükkılıç, TUSAS Director General Temel Kotil, our Rector Prof. Dr. Fatih Altun, our Vice Rectors Prof. Dr. Oktay Özkan, Prof. Dr. Sultan Taşcı and Prof. Dr. M. Hakan Poyrazoğlu, our Secretary General Prof. Dr. İbrahim Narin, TUSAS Authorities, academics and students attended the opening ceremony held at the Building of Research Center and Laboratories.
Making a speech at the opening ceremony, Minister of National Defense Hulusi Akar wished the laboratory to be auspicious and thanked those who contributed to the opening of the laboratory.
After his speech, Minister Akar cut the opening ribbon and opened the laboratory.
Minister Akar visited the laboratory and received information from students about the studies conducted at the laboratory.
