An event, entitled “Energy on Campus”, was held by the Faculty of Engineering. Within the scope of the event, Assoc. Prof. Ahmet Turan Özdemir, ASPILSAN Energy Director General, came together with the students of the Faculty of Engineering.

Dean of the Faculty of Engineering Prof. Dr. Ahmet Alper Öner, ASPILSAN Energy Director General Assoc. Prof. Ahmet Turan Özdemir, academics and students attended the event held at the Conference Hall of the Faculty.

Making a speech at the event, Assoc. Prof. Ahmet Turan Özdemir gave information to the students about ASPILSAN Energy.

He gave advice to the students in his speech and said: “First, we need to have awareness. What is your job? What am I doing? What awaits me in the future? What do I need to do? Today, we are in a world where we can access all kinds of information, documents and resources. That’s why you have the magic and miracle. You should improve yourselves in the best possible way and provide auspicious services for this country.”

In his speech, Dean Professor Öner said: “If we want to be a fully independent country and if we want the next century to be the Century of Türkiye, we need to have a strong economy first and then a national industry.”
