Discovery IQ Gen Pet-Ct Imaging Systems Device was donated by Demirkaya Holding to be used at Erciyes University Hospitals.

The benefactors have contributed much to our University since the day it was established and their support still continues. Within this scope, Discovery IQ Gen Pet-Ct Imaging Systems Device was donated by the benevolent company Demirkaya Holding.

Our Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa Çalış, Chief Physician of Hospitals Prof. Dr. Kutay Taşdemir, Board Members of Demirkaya Holding and academicians attended the device donation ceremony held at Faculty of Medicine Gevher Nesibe Hospital.

Speaking at the ceremony, our Rector thanked all the benefactors who have supported our University since its establishment.

Drawing attention to the importance of Pet-Ct Imaging Systems Device, donated by Demirkaya Holding, for the patients, our Rector said that Demirkaya Holding donated approximately 30-Million-TL devices in 3 years.

Our Rector said: “We are really grateful to the Board of Demirkaya Holding. Thank you very much on behalf of our patients and our University. This donation is a very good example of philanthropy for both our hospital and our patients. We would like to thank the Board of Demirkaya Holding for their support.”

Speaking on behalf of Demirkaya Holding at the ceremony, the Board Member Ali Baktır said: “Our motto in industrialism is that you will produce and you will earn, and then you will spend it for both the state and the nation. We are experiencing one of the best examples of this today.”

The ceremony ended after the plaque presentation to the Board Members of Demirkaya Holding.
