The Quacquarelli Symonds (QS), one of the world’s most prestigious ranking organizations, has announced the World University Rankings 2024.

The QS World University Ranking System evaluates the universities in 9 categories including Academic Reputation, Employer Reputation, Faculty Student Ratio, Citations per Faculty, International Faculty Ratio, International Students Ratio, International Research Network, Employment Outcomes and Sustainability.

In the ranking, which includes a total of 25 universities from our country, 20 of which are state and 5 of which are foundation universities, our university has achieved an important success by being ranked 12th together with 8 universities and 9th together with 6 universities among the state universities in our country while it is in the range of 1201-1400 in the world.

While Erciyes University was in the range of 1401+ in the QS World University Rankings 2023, it rose to the range of 1201-1400 by increasing its scores in the indicators of Academic Reputation, Employer Reputation and Employment Outcomes in the ranking 2024.
