Our university hosted the "Fine Arts, Aeronautics and Astronautics Symposium and Concerts", organized collaboratively by the Faculty of Fine Arts, Faculty of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Institute of Fine Arts, Institute of Natural and Applied Sciences, and the Institute of Social Sciences.
The event took place in the Conference Hall of the Faculty of Aeronautics and Astronautics and was attended by ERU Rector Prof. Dr. Fatih Altun, Dean of the Faculty of Aeronautics and Astronautics Prof. Dr. Nafiz Kahraman, Dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts Prof. Dr. Oya Levendoğlu, faculty members and students.
In his opening speech, Rector Prof. Dr. Fatih Altun emphasized the importance they place on interdisciplinary studies.
Dean Prof. Dr. Nafiz Kahraman remarked: “Our goal is to provide a platform for graduate and doctoral students to present their academic work as they begin their academic careers. We also want doctoral students who have completed their qualification stage to take part as session chairs, further integrating them into the academic process.”
Dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts Prof. Dr. Oya Levendoğlu added: “As faculty members, we highly value interdisciplinary activities as a way to contribute to the development of our university and to support our students in achieving greater success.”
The event continued with academic presentations and a rich concert program, including a Classical Turkish Music Concert, Trio Concert, Classical Guitar Concert, Bağlama Ensemble Concert, and a performance by the Student Chamber Orchestra.
