FACULTY OF AGRICULTURE
BRIEF HISTORY
ERU Agricultural Faculty, founded in 2006 at the heart of Tur-
key, is a place for people who want to learn about agriculture
interacted with horticulture, plant protection, landscape ar-
chitecture, dairy technology, economy, machinery, irrigation,
field crops, soil science and plant nutrition and animal science,
and human needs and expectations. With approximately 1000
students in seven undergraduate and eight graduate pro-
grams, the faculty embraces its mission to promote agricul-
tural facilities and activities among individuals and communi-
FACULTIES multidisciplinary approaches to research, creative activity,
ties in Turkey, the nation, and the world through integrated
teaching and community engagement. Faculty of Agriculture
has its mission in conducting basic and applied researches on
the production and utilization of natural and agricultural re-
sources, as well as on recently focused issues of biotechnol-
ogy and conservation of the natural environment. It also aims
at educating students with creative abilities for technological
advancement in a greatly changing society.
