             programs and whose students have access to information
             technologies, are able to fulfill their potential, and are en-
             couraged to use their creativity.

           The Zafer Bayburtluoglu Art Gallery is used by both students
           and teaching staff, as well as by other artists and institutions.
           The  gallery  is  composed  of  three  separate  exhibition  halls
           which have all modern facilities. National and international
           meetings and exhibitions are also held in our faculty.

           The Faculty of Fine Arts Chamber Orchestra, composed of our
           teaching staff, gives concerts both in Turkey and abroad.

           As part of the Erasmus, Leonardo da Vinci, Mevlana and Farabi
           programs, teaching staff and students are exchanged with EU
           countries, Turkish Republics, other related nations and other
