The Biser Mora 20th International Culinary Festival was held in Supetar, Croatia between April 1–5, 2025 with the participation of over 600 chefs from 38 different countries. Representing our country, Asst. Prof. Mustafa Ülker, a faculty member at the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts/ERU Faculty of Tourism, participated in the cooking competitions organized as part of the festival.

Asst. Prof. Mustafa Ülker contributed to the promotion of local cuisine by using Kayseri Pastrami in the competitions and offering it to chefs residing in various countries who visited Croatia for the festival. The dishes he prepared using Kayseri Pastrami received great interest from the international jury members.
