Laboratory, Battery Management Technology Laboratory can
be numbered among our graduate laboratories.
• Industrial Engineering
The department of Industrial Engineering was established in
1991. The department provides undergraduate, M.S. and Ph.D.
degrees. Currently, 993 undergraduate, 365 M.S., and 82 Ph.D.
students enrolled in the department. The undergraduate
program is accredited by The Association for Evaluation and
Accreditation of Engineering programs (a non-governmental
organization in Turkey). The academic staff of this department
consists of six professors, five associate professors, four assis-
tant professors, one lecturer, and seven research assistants.

Faculty members of the department have a wide range of re-
search interests such as production planning and scheduling,
optimization, reliability analysis, big data analytics, and data
