The University Promotion and Preference Fair, organized by the Anatolian Universities Association in 11 cities, was hosted by Yozgat Bozok University.

Our Rector and Term Chairman of Anatolian Universities Association Prof. Dr. Fatih Altun, Rector of Yozgat Bozok University Prof. Dr. Ahmet Karadağ, Rector of Ardahan University Prof. Dr. Mehmet Biber, academics and many students attended the opening of the fair held at Yozgat Celal Atik Sports Hall.

Making the opening speech of the event that started with a moment of silence and the Turkish National Anthem, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Karadağ stated that the Anatolian Universities Association accomplished great things in a short time with a strong synergy and provided great opportunity and convenience for the students in the fairs organized with the participation of Ardahan University, an honorary member of the association.

Our Rector gave information about the activities of the Anatolian Universities Association and said: “As the Universities in Anatolia, we try to come together to transfer the knowledge and experience of each university in its fields of expertise, what we can do in R&D and educational activities, and to take part in very important projects that will contribute to the development of our country.”

Emphasizing the importance of promotion and preference fairs in his speech, our Rector said: “In addition to our R&D activities, we carry out activities in many areas, especially fairs, in order to express ourselves as universities to our students while they are making their choices in their future careers and to contribute to their university preferences in this sense.”

Saying that “Young people are our future”, our Rector continued as follows: “We really attach importance to the studies performed by our young people and to their progress by having successful education at our universities. Then, we will always exist as a stronger Türkiye together with our young people.”
