Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TUBITAK) and Turkish Academy of Sciences (TUBA) Science Awards found their owners. Within the scope of awards, our faculty members, Assoc. Prof. Recep Ulucak and Assoc. Prof. Ahmet Eken, were presented with their awards by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
At the ceremony held at the Presidential Complex, TUBITAK Science, Special, Service, and Incentive Awards and TUBA International Academy Awards were given after the speech of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
Assoc. Prof. Recep Ulucak, a faculty member at the Economics Department of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, was deemed worthy of the TUBITAK Incentive Award for his “highly qualified studies at an international level on environmental economics and sustainable development in the field of economics”.
Assoc. Prof. Ahmet EKEN, a faculty member at the Department of Medical Biology, Division of Basic Medical Sciences, Faculty of Medicine, was one of the 4 faculty members deemed worthy of the TUBA-GEBIP award in the field of Health Sciences.
The awards of Assoc. Prof. Recep Ulucak and Assoc. Prof. Ahmet Eken were presented by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
